The letters correspond to numbers by simple single digit Alphabetic numbering the same as is used in numerology and O represents zero.
O is also the symbol for the code.
Anna is the creator of the code, it's God's real name, it's also written as Ana.

Richard Deehan Dang. Busted. I've been leaving clues around the universe for a while. I never thought one of you shaven apes would get it though, or I wouldn't have been so blatant. No I have to reset a few cosmoligical constants and start over. Bummer. By the way, It's also an anagram of "Ross Kelly? A dead ant! Thin pint? Crime! BOO!"
