The link to Tony Robinson happened on 27.12.09.

On that day the code lines connected to Mr Robinson were sent in emails to various people.

Now I find that the O code says this -

One of the people the code lines about Tony and Baldrick were sent to is my friend Sam in London -

Another was Shirley, the lady who sent me the timely email from Portugal -

Think about this, I have had the code since 2002, the timing of the Robinson link was dependent on his documentaries being shown on TV the night before.
